First there are major management issues going on with this place. When you first move in everything seems great, but once you are there for any period of time you can see how the management acts, and how many they go through. I was only there for a year and a half and there has been atleast 3 manager changes, and an uncountable amount of staff changes. The maintenance crew are very rude and snotty. Example: After being a resident for 2 days, I realized my garbage disposal would not come on. So when I called maintenance the crew came out which was two guys, they looked in the drain, and removed some trash from the previous tenant, then said and I QUOTE "Theys a M.F.'n BLUNT in dare." Which they pulled out a plastic milk cap and a cigarette butt.
It is also very true that if you are not employed by the WWE, that you are a nobody in the community. These guys & girls walk around, noses in the air, and get away with anything they want to do. Especially loud music. I was told to turn down my car radio twice coming in the main gate, but then 3 nights out of the week have to hear this pulsating BOOM BOOM BOOM!!!! of home speakers from an apartment 3 doors down, and after filing a complaint NOTHING HAPPENED. The same old thing.
So after find a 4 bedroom house, 2 car garage,wrap around porch, with a hot tub, fenced in yard on a quiet 2 1/2 acres in Fayetteville for only a $100 a month more. I had no other choice but to break my lease. Which is terrible with these people.
I thought that a company would try and keep you as a resident by keeping your payments the same or maybe lowering them, but after resigning a lease they went up $300 a month on me. It was all because, "Well we were running a special when you moved in" but then the same month a neighbor moved in and after asking her what her rent was, it was the same as when I moved in. Now isn't that ironic''''
This place is very overpriced and overrated.
