Unfortunately I was forced to move into Preston Creek via a job that sent me to Mcdonough GA. Upon first seeeing the place I was impressed but like other reviews have stated once you really do your research the place is cheap and they charge you an arm and a leg to live here. The rent is much more expensive than other surrounding complexes. The staff when I first moved here was very nice and professional but it seems that Preston Creek cant keep good help because there is always new people in the office. The staff, especially the manager Patricia, is extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Toilets run all the time(because they are cheap and cause your water bill to be sometimes over 200$) but that is not the problem of the "Great" staff at Preston Creek. I have found mold in my house that is unexplained and when I ask them to take care of it(i keep this place spotless) They tell me it's not "their problem" I should call my renters insurance to take care of it!!!!!! The mold is obviously coming from an above leak of some type. Im stuck in my lease but I wanted to warn others... i'll be gone as soon as I can Don't want anyone to make the same mistake as me by moving into the rip off of a place!!!

Sounds to me like you have sour grapes, and did not get your way about something. I am sure that you are not locked into anything and can move if you want. The rest of us at Preston Creek love it here...

You sound like the person who lives in my building who leaves their trash outside allthe time, and does not clean up after your dog. I have lived there for 2 years and have never had a water bill over $50- YOu are exagerating. Or you are one of the Deep South Wrestlers that think they should receive special priviledges. You need to get a real job so you can get you a HOUSE!!! Get real- You suck!!!

i am in the same situation. i wish i would have looked around a little more before i moved in. as soon as my lease ends I am out. looks like the other responses are from office people. it is bad that they don't take resident seriously.

To too much money, you can always break your lease. The last place I lived that I was unhappy, I chose to move and not bad mouth the place I lived. Yes it cost a little money but in the end you are so much happier, and not spreading so much nastiness.I wish you the best, I just hope you are not one of my neighbors. I was trying to move away from people like you.
