This is a very nice community. It has alot of amenities (love the 2 pools) and we have very nice neighbors. The maintenance is slow at times (but I have found that everywhere I have lived) and the rent is a little higher than some of the older communities, but on the whole it has been a good place to live. The office staff is friendly, and helpful- alot of communities do not sign for your packages anymore but Preston Creek does still sign for mine. The property is clean and I have found that the gate is always working. My family has loved it here. The location is great and the schools are too. best bet for the money.
