This used to be a great place, but over the last 3 months it has gone downhill fast. I went into the office to speak with the "New" manager and was kept waiting for too long, and she really could care less about the residents here. All she seems to care about is leaving for the day- you can never reach her by phone. And the satff is CLUELESS- it is a shame that in such a short time it has changed so much. You use to feel like you were valued- but no more. Even maintenace is not as good as it used to be- it takes days to get anyone to come out and check out what is wrong. And the office staff is RUDE and will not help you- but be 1 day late on your rent and the harrassment starts. I am moving soon. thank goodness!!!!

I am the new manager and nothing could be further from the truth. I care about my residents and all their problems. If you were kept waiting, I am truly sorry. I was probably having to deal with another problem. An appointment is not necessary, but encouraged, especially if you have a serious problem. I do leave most days at 5:00 PM because I come in at 8:00 AM and I have very active children in many sports. I am sorry if that made you feel unimportant that I was trying to get out of the office on time. I don't recall who you are, but if you still have pending issues, please contact me at this office and I will be more than happy to help you.
