I've been here a week and got a great special on a regular one bedroom that no other apartment in this area could match, plus a month free. Here's what I think so far.

PROS:
Friendly, efficient office staff
Prompt maintainence
HUGE balcony - this is my favorite feature
Plenty of storage
Great setup
Beautiful, big garden tub
Nice appliances
Cute landscaping job
Most of neighbors seem to be decent, working or middle class people (obviously some exceptions - HELLo, it's an apartment complex, not the Ritz!)
Pretty quiet - atleast where I am
Nice looking interior - you either get crown molding or vaulted ceilings on third floor
Pretty nice pool and fitness center seems adequate
24/7 business center. It was nice when I had issues with the Internet not working in my unit.
Location is out in what I called the sticks, but very, very accessible to I-75 and everything else the average person could want in terms of shopping and restaurants. IN fact, you could throw a rock and hit 75.

Cons:
-Although the mantainence process is fast, I've already encountered minor issues with plumbing and pipes
-It's really not a dog friendly community and people don't pick up after their dogs.
-Fake laminate hardwood is cute from far away, but tacky when you see it close up. They would have been better off with linoleum or cheap tile.
-In my unit, the carpet is cheap and I don't think they put padding underneath it because it's not comfy to walk or stand on.
-Not a big deal, but knobs on cabinets are mismatching - some gold, some silver.

Overall, it's good enough for apartment living. Until I invest in a house or condo, I will likely stay here.
