My mom has lived here a few months and has nothing but good things to say about the size of the apartments, the well lit parking areas and the polite and efficient maintenance staff. Having lived in apartments most of her life, I'd say she's a pretty good judge of living standards and she's happy with them here.

Tell her to give it a little while and she will learn like everyone else how things really are. When you are new tenants they will cater to you and then you become just another tenant!!!

I think we had more problems when we first moved in now I'm happy here except for the parking. Staff is nice and maintenance gets things fixed when asked so I think you have to work thru the kinks just like any new place.
