I have lived in Sable Chase since August 2008 til now. My living experience here has been pretty good overall it's very quiet at night i feel very safe about coming in and out of my home. I have a very good relationship with all of my neighbors we all look out for each other and each other kids. I've heard about the past drug problems, but apparently the resident manager has gotten alot of that out of there. One more thing before i go what people need to realize is that you got drug dealers and thugs wherever you go whether it's a gated community or a place that takes section 8. I lived in a gated community before i moved to Sable Chase and they were called the Crossings at Mcdonough and every other morning we woke up with papers in our doors talking about people cars and apartments being broke into so with all that being said thugs can live anywhere.

To reply I live in Sable chase also I been here for quite sometime.You mention its quiet at night Iam not sure what building you live in but I cant say that its not always quite out it.Before I moved to Sable Chase I had an friend that lived here yes it was rough.Yes the past year things were out of control with the kids.From listen to tenants that has been here for many years say the last manger had to take alot from the tenants due to her race and age.They also said before she became manger the property was going down she made that change.Even though she was young and ------- American she done her job.From what Ive heard over the years there have never been any ------- American on staff here.Now I see that the property is going down fast its and good thing that alot of those bad kids are gone but its still doesnt look good when your always hiring new staff and you don't have but only one race working on your team what does that say.And you wonder why the property is going down.I would call that racism but try to cover up it up by putting a mixed race in the office come on we all know what that is.I think its need to be mix due to the fact Sable Chase is was the property where alot of ------- Americans lived.Sable Chase has a history just talk with the city they will tell you.Over all I havent had any problem since Ive been here with anyone.I must say the maintance were great they worked very hard but I don't think they were given credit for their work. Im sure soon they will be gone too and lets see who will take over then just wait and see what happens in the few weeks, days. Ha! Ha!
