i just recently moved out of sable chase. these people are crazy, first off the management are so unprofessional they dont know how to do anything right. when i first moved in the staff they used to have were so nice and professional, they actually cared about the tenants. but these people here now are so rude. they have a lot vacant apartments because they dont keep the pest control up to date anymore there is roaches and ants everywhere. a few new residents told me the apt was clean when they walked it for move in but after a couple days they had roaches galore some even say the have mice because theres a huge field in front of the apts with horrible landscaping. but the asst. manager and manager are so rude they tell everyones business. somebody needs to do something about those people and that ragedy complex.

i have lived in sable chase for three years now and i have never had any problems with bugs or mice or anything like that.true there is a lot of vacant apartments but with the economy like it is of course there are gonna be empty ones.if you want pest control to come out then you would have to call the office so they they could make a schedule for pest control to come out.for the price of rent there not that bad.

I must say no I havent had any pest problem but ants.Yes I do understand that the economy is bad but before the new manger came here the property was full.But now its very empty you just cant say its due to the economy because this is the cheapest rent in Mcdonough.Honest it hard to say that due to the fact that when I moved in the were someone in office but then new faces appear.Listen to tenants that has been here say they are just trying to get the black people out of here to bring the property back up.Its sad to say when you know someone higher in office that says it seem that way but everyone have they own veiws.Its sad to see things like this still go on but it does people will pretend and kick u in the crank just because of your color.Now that I look at it now the tetants are right because they are not ------- American working for this company what does that say.
