This place is truly not what i expected. They are moving just anyone in to fill this place up. I wish I had leased elsewhere. I was happier at my last place in Stockbridge. At least the property was not in a lease up and they were choosier about who they let in. I am unhappy here, I asked to get out of my lease, and they will not even consider it. It sounds to me like you don't know anything about qualifications when renting an apartment home. I can't stand when people have something to say and post anonymously. Just because the apartment is new doesn't mean just anyone can get in. Maybe you are the problem if you don't know anything about culture and different kinds of people other than yourself. Gang members aren't created by someone thinking they're there. They are created by ignorance.
