I have lived here for the past couple of months and I am very happy. The location is convenient to the highways, food, and shopping. I think this community is gorgeous and inviting when you drive in. The entire property is gated and can only be accessed by a card, code, or a resident letting you in. The office staff is awesome, especially Jonathan their assistant manager. He was very professional and made sure that all of my questions were answered. The pool has a great mushroom/waterfall feature and the business center is great. I can even rent a movie if I want to. And I love the fitness center. The community is huge and uniquely designed. I feel very safe here and I am truly happy and proud to call Villas at South Point my home.
