I have had some issues with the leasing gents but I'm so happy with the community and my neighbors that I really don't care. The grounds are beautiful and the apartments are super spacious. I looked all over the southern metro and I couldn't find anything like this. I agree it's a little pricey but I think it's totally worth it. Everyone who comes to my house thinks I own my place and that it's a condo!
There are great families here and I feel safe letting my son run around in this gated community. If I wasn't going to build I would definitley renew my lease.
