EVERYTHING about the leasing office is a nightmare. My job transferred me and I tried to move to a closer property and was given the complete run around. I was told two VERY different stories from each property leasing office. I would have ONLY had two months left on my current lease if I had allowed them to bully me into there "requirements" plus a $460.00 fee just to transfer the lease and then sign another lease. This was such a nightmare that I just cancelled the lease all together They were kind enough to let me pay the remainder of my leases in payments. This has been going on since November but I ONLY have one more payment and I am done with them FOREVER! Beware and make sure you know what you are getting into. And another thing...you will get a seperate bill for garbage pick-up even though you have to actually carry it to the dumpster yourself!

I agree..This property is a complete NIGHTMARE!!! Now they have transferred the office staff to the Mandalay Villas off of Jonesboro Road...beware!

I don't know anything about who's been transferred where because I would NEVER live in another one of there properties!
