I've been here only for about 8 months and my husband and I love it. Although the rent is a little too high for the square footage, it seems pretty safe and quiet. We have no issues with noise or any complaints with maintenance. The only bad thing is that for the rental amount we pay, I'd like to see the gym equipment work a little better! Other than that hearing the garages raise and drop from under your apartment isn't the greatest either but if you are willing to pay the money then the peace and quiet is worth it. Oh yeah, but be careful of nosey neighbors. They are always watching us walk our dog. By now you would think that they have seen us pick up after our dog time and time again but they still continue to stare!!
