I recently moved to the area and spent a couple months searching for a place to rent in McDonough. I finally decided on Villas at South Point. The property is new, clean, and modern with a professional and friendly staff. My father is an investigator in McDonough and was kind enough to check some statistics on the area and highly recommended it for safety and security. Above all else, I have noticed a trend with these "reviews." I will merely state an observation and let the reader draw from it whatever conclusion he or she sees fit. After reading through these comments, I have noticed that all of the positive reviews are well-written with proper spelling and grammar, while all of the negative reviews are ... well ... the opposite. Like I said, interpret that how you will, but it speaks volumes of the integrity of this property to me.
