I am currently a resident at this community. I moved into my apartment in February 2003. For the first several months, it was peaceful and I considered it to be one of the nicer apartments that I had lived in...then came the riff raff. For the past several months the community has become more ghetto living than a place suitable for young professionals. There are children running around in the parking lot making lots of noise at all hours, there are noisy neighbors that are not handled by the property manager no matter how many times you complain to the leasing office, and you can almost guarantee that there will be police cars paying "visits" to residents at least once a week. I am in the process of trying to break my lease to get out of this unsuitable environment.
