I moved into Walden Run a year and a half ago. When I first moved in, the property was well kept and very clean. Also, the ladies working in the office at that time were friendly and professional. I thought I had hit the jackpot. Within 3 months, managemnt changed and so did the neighborhood. The property is very seldom clean. The management group that owns Walden Run should ride through on the weekends. It is embarrassing. And please do not have to call the office for anything. The new Manager Amanda is very rude and does not care about the residents. They make a mistake on your account, send you nasty letters, and when you try to discuss this with her, she gets very rude and acts like you are bothering her. The rest of the staff are morons. The only person I really see doing their job, and showing concern towards the residents is the manitenance tech TOM. He is great!! But other than that, if you want to live in a high priced dump, this would be for you. I can't wait until my lease is up. I am moving to Preston Creek.
