I have lived here 2 1/2 years and I am about to move. When I first moved here the staff was caring and the property was kept clean.Boy has that changed. I have never seen or experienced such unprofessional b4ehavior in my entire life. If you go into the office for anything, you have to wait, and wait and wait until some one decides to asist you. It took me 15 minutes for the Manager to get off her cell phone to assist me today. Then she acted like i was bothering her. I just wanted to pay my rent. She is obnoxious and very unpleasant to deal with.It takes days to get work orders completed, dog poop is everywhere, and it is not getting better. I hate moving, but I can not stand it anymore. I want ot go somewhere that I am appreciated. Mid America should be ashamed of themselves.
