I was recently helping my best friend find an apartment. She had already paid her deposit and the management told her that she could move in. Upon inspection of the apartment we found spiders, a hole in the wall, and the fan in the bathroom was broken. The apartment also had a shoddy paint job. It was clearly not ready for her to move in on that day. This just reflects bad service on the Walden Run Management team. If you move here PLEASE make sure you do a thorough inspection. You can do better, I'm sure of it. We were able to find another apartment for my friend to move in for a few bucks more. Always remember deposits are refundable.
