Waterford Landing was my residence for 1 1/2 years. During that time, my only complaint was my noisy neighbor downstairs that played her stereo too loud. Management took care of this problem immediately for me though. The management was excellent - always friendly and went out of their way to accomadate. If there was anything to be fixed, there were three maintenance people on staff to fix it and they were out within the same day! Even after hours if need be. I always felt safe and the property was always kept very clean. I would highly recommend this apt. complex!! Ask for Karen and tell them Megan referred you.
