Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
i lived in these apts for 2yrs, any maint that needed to be done was normally done promtly, grounds were always neat, and neighbors were quiet, any noise issues were taken care of quickly. they have raised their rates or i would be going back to them now... ( was 700 cable, now 780 ) :P
