I have lived in Waterford Landing for six months and so far have been very pleased with the property. I have lived in Several Post Properties and this complex gives all of them a run for their money. The apartment is well designed, has a very eye appealing interior, a great square footage layout, plenty of parking and the landscaping is well kept up as well as the Post apartments. The community is not gated, however, after living in Post apartments, I now enjoy NOT living in a gated community as the gates are there so they can charge more money per month and merely offer a challenge to those people who want to come in uninvited, which happens more than anyone can imagine by jumping over the gates or driving through/under them.

The problem I did experienced when moving into Waterford Landing was the apartment should have been cleaner (spider webs, floors not mopped). The carpets had been cleaned but the smell of the cleaner was very strong, too strong. No one from the office contacted me about my concerns documented on the move-in form such as the kitchen tile had spots from the previous occupant.

The Waterford Landing community is very quiet and peaceful, and is located in a convenient area of Eagle's Landing. I will provide another response when my next six months has expired.
