When I first moved into these apartments, the manager, Derrick, was wonderful! He went out of his way to take care of everything I needed. However, after about six months, the management changed and my experience went downhill. The trash disposal was always overflowing, the grounds were not kept up, and I was harrassed by the tenant below me. The tenant even went as far as to leave a rude note on my door. I was never even at home enough to bother this person. And I was not noisy or obnoxious! When the new management took over, my mailbox keys were changed without my notice. When I finally got a new set, they didn't work! I never received a working set by the way. My repeated requests were ingnored! Overall, I would not recommend this apartment complex. Maybe if Derrick had never left, this apartment complex would not have so many bad reviews!

For someone who was never at home, you were here enough to think Derrick was wonderful. And if you look, alot of the bad reviews were written before this management team came. If I look at the timeline correctly, they were written when Derrick was here. Makes a person wonder about your complaints?
