I have live here for a short time and notice that they only keep up the surface but they donot attend to the inner core of the property. As a resident I have had to go to the Office and ask Gabby the Manager to clean this place up. Good tenants will be leaving and only the tenants that donot care about where they live with be left. Tenants needs to be informed when things happen such as car break-ins etc. I was told by my neighbor who was very angry that his truck had been broken into and we as tenants never recieved one notice. This is not the way management should operate. We were also informed by someone who works for a company in the area that they were robbed on the property.
