I have lived here for 7 months and will be breaking my lease in 2 weeks. Since we have lived here we have gotten 4 infractions for having patio furnature, putting trash in the trash can (I dont know what is wrong with that) and for my husbands shoes being outside. The maintenance staff is rediculous. They will write infractions over shoes and give you a $50 fine but my dishwasher is still broken and has been since I moved in. There are always little ghetto kids running around making all kinds of noise and waking my baby up. I have complained about it numerous times and nothing has been done! Please save yourself the money and buy a house! The office staff has no idea what is going on and cannot keep their stuff straight!!
