This complex is brand new and filled with Section 8 tenants.. so you get neighbors who let their children run rampant, hoodlums hanging out all night selling drugs.. a "security" gate that doesn't keep anyone out, all that for a community that won't bother fixing your dishwasher or garbage disposal.

The leasing office is the best part. When you tell them you are not renewing your lease due to the influx of crime moving on, they will ask you not to leave because they need "good tenants". Why would good tenants stay here and subject themselves to this' You can't go to the pool if you're a single female, you will get propositioned for drugs or sex. You can't go get your mail at night because of the large group of males hanging out by the mailbox who will try to convince you to come home with them. The place is a joke. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

I LIVE IN THE SAME APARTMENTS AND I UNDERSTAND ABOUT THE STAFF, BUT AS FAR AS THE SECTION 8 ATTENDANTS YOU ARE WRONG. I JUST HAPPEN TO BE ON SECTION THAT TO THE UNFORTUNATE EVENT OF HURRICANE KATRINA AND I DON'T LET MY SON RUN AROUND LIKE THAT, AND I HAVE A 6MO OLD BABY AND MY NEIGHBORS NEVER COMPLAIN ABOUT ANY NOISE FROM MY APARTMENT. MOST OF THE LITTLE GHETO KIDS I SEE RUNNING AROUND HAVE PARENTS WHO AREN'T EVEN ON SECTION 8, AND I HAVEN'T SEEN ANYONE OUTSIDE SEELLING DRUGS. THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT I'VE NOTICED HANGING AROUND THE MAILBOXES HAVE BEEN TEENAGERS BOTH BOYS AND GIRLS. SO IF YOU'RE GOING TO MAKE A COMMENT AT LEAST STATE ALL THE FACTS IN DETAIL.

Maybe the quote "Section 8" is used loosely. However, respectfully, you must not be aware of how drug transactions happen or you would defintely know that you are in drug heaven! Ask McDonough City and Henry County Police Department! Again, this comment is submitted respectfully!
