We lived in these apartments for one year. The drugs are out of control, the maintenance is just whenever they get to it, the majority of the residents are much to be desired, the "security gates" are rediculous, crime...! My apartment was not clean when we took possession and looked as thought it had been sitting for quite some time (spider webs, dead bugs, toilet had a ring...etc). The eviction rate is unbelievable. Basically, if you can fog a mirror, you can get an apartment...stay for 30-45 days, pay nothing and get thrown out.

My major problem with them right now is I turned in my notice (proper) and did the walk through upon moving out and had no damages. I expected my security deposit back within the lawful time (30 days from end of lease) and it's been 6 months with no deposit. I talked with on-sight management and they have no concern. I talked with the management company (Ambling) and they have no concern...in fact, they laughed at me. I currently have a case pending in Henry County Magistrate Court suing to get my deposit back. Ga law states if they are going to hold your deposit for ANY reason that they must notify you in writing. No letter. They now owe me 3 times my security deposit.

The apartment is nice...but looks aren't everything. BE CAREFUL!
