I have lived on the property for over a year now. It has gone down drastically since I moved in. Loud music is always being played, people outside talking loud all times of the night, the trash compactor never works and trash is piled high outside of it, the gate has been broken for months (3 months). For those who live on a 1st or 2nd level apartment it always sounds as if the tenant above is coming through the floor even thought the people above are just walking.

I am currently being harassed by the property manager who has decided I should not live above her because we walk like horses. She then proceeded to call the police and threaten to evict me and my family. She might as well to have called me the "N" word. She was rude and spoke to me in a demeaning way. She was very disrespectful. She would not speak calmly with me as two adults would. The new management staff has shown that they are not professional and that they lack the ability to deal with tenants in a civilized manner.

I am a market value paying tenant in the complex and the management has shown me that they don't care about their clientele and that they have not acquired the level of customer service skills needed to run this property.

I am getting out of this lease as quickly as possible. If you don't want to live with being threaten because you walk or talk in your apartment don't move here.
