I have lived here in WoodlawnPark Apartments for about 6mths and all i have to say is don't be fooled by the outside like i was, the people in this community are not used to anything nice and clean they abuse and have taken very much advantage of this area they hang out, let their dogs poop anywhere they please and don't pick it up, they let their kids eat and drop food,paper,drinks,juices,old clothes,toys you name it all over the breezeways.kIDS Breaking in vacant apartments and garages smoking BLACK & MILDS AND STEALING whatever is not nailed down.You have to stay on top of maintenance or they will not come by for scheduled orders, can't go to pool or fitness center because they are used for tenants private use(whatever you can imagine). The property could be nice if the staff would carfully select their tenants whether or not they be section 8 or not no one can be judged on their chacracter by whether or not they pay rent or section 8 pays rent, people period need to respect, appreciate, and be responsible for their community and make sure it's safe and clean.
