I read some of the other reviews on this place, and I'll tell you honestly that it has improved slightly from what it was earlier in the year. The head maintenance guy hired a new employee, and they get around to doing maybe half their jobs instead of none of them. I had a leaky window... all three of my large windows are cracked on the wall around the window, and according to maint. they said that the mortar for the brick was mixed wrong and when the building settled all the windows were falling away from the building enough to let water through. When a storm comes in I can hear the rain hitting my floor and it took them 2 months to get a contractor out there and fix it. The landscapers take all day and they blew up that red wood chips stuff onto my white car which scratched the paint and left red all over the hood which will not come out no matter how many times I wash it. The trash compactor works now, and the main violence and drug stuff seems to be in that first building right next to the pool. The teenagers are always out there playing loud music in the evening and the cops come out for it. We've had several officers come and go as residents in the past few months. Management has been changed yet again from the dumb people that rented the apartment to me. They're juvenile and not sure what they're doing, but nice overall. I still have several things wrong with my apartment and the carpet was horrible when I moved in.
