My name is Patti Stookey and I am the Property Manger. I do see the negitave info listed. I want you to know that the staff that is curenntly here is here to take care of our residents, Please come in and meet us, and make your own judgement.

Ms Patti Stookey...."Honey!" Woodlawn Park is in for it. Their are so many tenants that want to move out. My lease is up in July and trust me, I better not have problems you know why. My sister just married a lawyer and she is a FBI Agent. So trust...I'm not worried about getting my money back.

NO ONE HAS TO WORRY ABOUT PATTY ANYMORE SHE WAS FIRED FOR STEALING MONEY FROM THE COMPANY. SHE RENTED OUT APARTMENTS AND DID NOT TELL THE CORPORATE OFFICE ANS SHE POCKETED THE MONEY. WE NOW HAVE NEW OWNER IT IS A WAIT AND SEE GAME AT THIS POINT. THEY ONCE AGAIN HAVE NEW STAFF AND MAINTANCE WILL WE HAVE ANY IMPROVEMENT ONLY GOD'S KNOWS
