I, don't care who you are ms. patti stookey!!!!!!!!!!! if you are apart of woodlawn park and anyone else in that office that work for them, you are apart of the problem as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! every staff that they have had in that office has been robbing all the tenants of money,identity and credit. and i'm gonna make it my business to inform every tenant in woodlawn on how they really don't have to pay cable because it's optional! woodlawn has everyone thinking if they don't pay their cable they can be evicted NOT TRUE! woodlawn park has a contract with charter for the entire complex and what their doing is making the resident pay them back.They can not disconnect your cable because it's all on one breaker if they do that everyone in the complex will be without.I lived here for one miserable year HATED IT!! woodlawn park is not a good place to live for anyone who wants better for yourself.the place was always dirty, there's mold in alot of the apartments,they're always changing management and that's because old management teaches the new management how to steal rent,cable or water money from the tenants by saying they owe when they don't and then threaten them with eviction so they'll pay which to cover managements ass!!!! now if any of the tenants are paying attention the water company is linked to them they have the same thing going on as like the cable.So Ms. patti I don't trust you either anybody woodlawn put in that office is bogus.Just to show you how lame this caompany is the don't even appear at they're own court appearances they seen the lame ass management to handle they're dirty work. every case that woodlawn has had against a tenant i was at the hearing and the judge even said that he's disgusted with woodlawn park,the owner never show up and they send they're suck ass ghetto ass management in the place of the real management.now my situation goes like this..... I lived there for one year never got a late letter or eviction letter, I,recently moved from there in dec.2007 been there a whole year, why do i get a phone call 2-18-2008 from these sick ------------- saying i owe them 1700.00 I DON'T THINK SO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! first of all,all that time i live there no one and i mean no one knocked on my door or even called me to the office to go over this situation.what they did was waited 2months after i left and called me at the same number i had at woodlawn to say i owe them money what kind of ---- is this!!!!!!!! so i contacted my lawyer and i'm moving forward with contacting fox i-team and the naacp. I am a stay at home mom i have but time on my hands i am going to make sure that this company get exposed, I'm gonna make sure that every tenant in there knows that you don't have to pay cable and pay very very close attention to management because Ms. patti stookey is only gonna do what management has taught her. my goal is to take drastic legal measure to make sure 1: no other tenant is victimized by this slum of a complex.and 2 that woodlawwn no longer exist!!!!!!!

i have nothing but time on my hands.My lawyer will be contacting them,the fox news crew will be contacting them, the naacp will be checking them out and i'm working on the bbb. it's about time that someone speak up and not let these people ruin your lives and credit! bottom line management is stealing money and targeting past tenants to cover they're ass by saying they owe when they don't. I know for a fact that,that's what goes on in alot of these apartment complexes.look at the trash they have had over the years.as long as money,checks,credit cards or anything pertaining to your personal business is being handled by anyone in woodlawn park you're gonna have problems.This isn't the last you're gonna hear from me,I'm not gonna quit until some kind of justice is served for everyone who has ever lived there and has been a victim of slumlord park apartments.so good luck Ms.Patty stookey your days are numbered there, you're no different and definitley not special it's a matter of time you'll be stealing money and ruining tenants credit or you'll end up being ghetto like the people you work for!!!!! So my lawyer and I, are in process of taking woodlawn park apartments to court and moving on with a class action case against this company I, have more than enough people to go forward with this action.again my goal is to make sure that woodlawn park no longer exists or make sure no one ever ever,ever,ever,ever live there.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this place target the desparate,section8 tenants and those who don't know better!!!
