I have been here a little over three months and it is hell. With all the gang wannabes that stand in the middle of the road as you try to drive by to all the thugs that gather around every apt. building duing nothing but seeing hoew loud they could possible be- what is wrong with people, why do they have no consideration for others' I have been waiting on a key to my storage builing that comes with the apt. for 3 months now and for some unknown reason they cant get me one, or replace the knobs on the stove, or anything that asked of them! I thought living in a gated community meant that the gate would be closed at all times, not the case here it's left open for every tom, ---- , & harry to come in either to buy or sell drugs. I can't even let my 5year old go outside for fear that something will happen to him. This place is the pits! Please dont move here unless you absolutely want to live in the ghetto! Oh and why is it that some of us may pay "market rate" while others get help from whomever! This place is section 8! and that is scary to think of what kind of people that brings! I pay around $800 and the guys down the street pays a whole $35. Why would you want to live in the same community with someone like that'

stop the damn hating on Sect 8 -- they r working poor stupid! We need 2 come 2gether and demand/command respect and social effectiveness and apt vitality and proper maintenance and require non-lazy people (southerners esp Georgians are lazy) to do their job. fight the owners and get that ding-bat out the office. all they do is hire idiots. and tell the kids to get the hell out of your way -- stop being scared adults. Adults contribute to the problem and don't command respect! Check yourself and stop getting pissed with someone you think is paying $35 a month!!!
