well the so called magement that they have in the office now needs to be put out on their ass just like they are doing to everyone else and see that stephanie person she evicts tenents for not following the rules of their lease but managemant needs to clean thier own houses and garages because they ain't so clean either if you want others to follow the rules it should start with management i say kick them all out and start fresh neither one of them or right for the jobs that they are supposed to be doing that is exactly my point they are not doing their jobs and that place will be ran in the groung if owner does not fire them please don't move there if you don't want to be on the streets wit your kids and furniture management will get theirs trust me you can't do people wrong and expect to have good luck so at the end of the day they will see what it feels like karma is a b word what goes around comes around they are no more than us please don't waste your time or money moving there it aint worth the bs. you have to go through be blessed move at your own risk and i'm not hatten it's the truth i moved after 4 and a half years so i know what i am talking about runnnnnnnnnnnnn!!!!!!!! danger management sucks and also they steals rent money and when it's time for the turn in there paperwork to the head office the make it look like folks has not been paying their bills and covering it up so you don't need to live where management can't be trusted they will robb you blind.but as far as maintance the two black guys are the ones keeping the place from just falling apart and that drunk ass white guys does nothing but snitch for those so called mangers in that office and let me really stress that those ladies in the office and the one drunk white guy needs to go before woodlawn suffers a law suit get them out of thier asap and that is that.

First off, you should probably use proper, I'm sorry , splain english when posting things. You sound like an idiot. Your a liar in your postings. You've never seen anybody drunk, and stephanie doesn't evict people.You pay your rent or you get kicked out dummy!!! This is by far the hardest working staff I've ever seen in my life and go out of their way to do the right thing and make things nice at Woodlawn. Slowly but surely the pieces of crap like yourself are being weeded out and it will be an even better place to live without you.I would bet that you can't pay your rent, are being evicted or already have been. I know your type. Take responsibilty for your actions, get a job, and get over yourself.Nobody owes you anything and you better get used to it or you will die a miserable person. None of the onsite personal are nasty or dirty and you know it. Another lie. Why do you post anonymous? Because you know you're a liar. I dare you to go face to face and make these claims. You won't because you're a miserable person with no backbone.Shut the heck up and leave these hard working people alone and let them do their job. If you do just so happen to still be living here, get out. There's a waiting list of better people trying to get in here.
