Well....to start off I'll say that at first we thought this was a nice community that looked fairly decent. As we've lived here over the past few months...we've had our apartment flooded twice due to the bad plumbing and broken water heater in the apartment above us and have told management about the leak in the front wall on numerous occasions, seems someone does not care.
Also..the concrete platform in the breeze way is collapsing and the apartment on the bottom floor is suffering damage and nothing has been done on that, either. Also...I have found NUMEROUS disgusting bugs in our apartment...ants, cockraches, centipedes, numerous spiders..and 4 scorpions. We spray for bugs and they still come! Finally, the guy across from our apartment got broke into and we have been threatened by other residents only to have management shrug it off as an "isolated incident"..so we really don't feel safe here.
