I lived in this apartment complex twice and each time I enjoyed staying. The rent is reasonable, maintenance is prompt, complex is close to everything and the staff was most helpful. You have to keep in mind that your goal is a decent roof over your head, reasonable rent, and good up keep of a complex are all you need to look for when looking for an apartment. Negative comments come from people who have no goals of ever owning their own home and apartment living is their way of life. Never settle on living in an apartment for life. It??s all temporary. Strive to own, then you can have the say so concerning the maintenance and up keep of your place.
