The head of the staff isn't friendly at all and from what I gather she doesn't like ------- Americans. Whenever one walks into the office while she is around she gives this dirty look. The outside of the apartments are nasty and has cobwebs. Other than that it is a quiet neighborhood but who wants to deal with rude office staff. There are many cats that just hang around for no reason. They are everywhere.

I lived in Claridge Park Apartments for 1 year and absolutely loved being there. I never felt rudeness from staff members there as an A****** American, but I did sense the unapproachable, awkward type of feeling when dealing with one of the property managers. Nevertheless, maintenance was always on point, property was always kept clean and well groomed landscaping, experienced one or two racist neighbors, but that was their problem. Overall, it is a nice place to live if you want quiet, comfort, and staying to yourself..

Oh yeah... I did have the ant problem too, but i never saw the cats, that must have started when I moved out in 2006. I never had any problem with management, though I never dealed with them in person too often.

Don't judge a book only by it's cover. Appearances can be deceiving. When you get to know the management you will find that they are very caring and will try their best to work with you any way possible to help you with any problem that you have. I've lived there since 2004, I like it very much, it's quiet and peaceful.I never noticed a problem with the cats until other residents started to continually feed them. Setting trash outside their doors too lazy to carry it to the compactor. If you create a filthy enviroment then that is the results that you will get. I'm not just talking about trash, I'm talking about cans of cat food, table scraps ect. I have been in the office and witnessed other residents berting management about ant problems and they are the ones who set their trash outside!
