I lived in Lake Harbin apartments for a total of ONE WEEK! Actually, I signed my lease on a Friday, moved my furniture in that Sunday, and left that Sunday night. It only took a week for me to find another place and get my stuff out of there! For starters, when I moved in the apartment was not ready, my air conditioner was broke, the upstairs smelled of URINE, there were roaches and spiders everywhere, a drawer was missing out of my refrigerator, the frame around my sink was about to fall off, and the bottom of my refrigerator was so rusted that every time you opened the door rust would fall all over the floor and you would have to sweep every time! The mirror upstairs had black markings on it, the blinds were too long and were bowing outward so that anyone could see in my apartment and there were gaping holes up under my sink where you could hear small rodents scurrying. My outdoor lights didn't work and the patio was full of pine straw and sticks--you would think they would at least sweep that before moving someone in. This was the worst experience in my life as far as having a place to live. The manager was rude and unhelpful. Funny how she has the name of JOY when she is so nasty and rude.
