New and Improved Marquis at Mt Zion From: ashleydrmqn Date posted: 5/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I moved in around December 2006 and I love it. My company comes to visit and compliments on the "niceness" of the complex. There are a few young children in the complex and when they are out playing their parents are never too far away. I did have my old car broken into and the complex didn't send out a letter referencing "some incidences" until a month or two later. The new staff is very friendly and are always willing to help, although the front desk person changes every week.They just installed cameras at the front gate to monitor any tail-gaters and the arm infront of the gate hasn't been broken since. They have really stepped up the security and service I just wish there was a roaming courtesy officer during the night when me and a few of neighbors get off of work. They are also military friendly. I love it and will be here for a little while longer.
