nice place to live until you move out. they treat you like criminals. they also sent you a bill even after you pass inspection and they tell you everything is ok

That was not my experience when I moved out. I only moved because I could not afford it any longer. The Manager Rickie is very nice and does a great job managing the property. Rickie is blunt and honest but never RUDE and I appreciate the fact that she is straight forward. She is good people...so maybe the Manager you had was like that before Rickie started. Sorry for your bad experience!
