this is the nicest complex on this side of town. Yes the arms on the gates are always broken because of some inconsiderate individuals who has no regard for property. But overall I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for affordable, nice, clean, pool well maintained...

My friend, that's their job. Their #1 goal is to get new tenants. Soon you shall learn that is their only goal, and the could care less how you feel once you've signed on the dotted line. Look forward to your rent getting jacked up annually until you finally have enough and move out.
