Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2009
 
Pros:
-Huge, unique floorplans
-Cheap 2 bedrooms
-Neighbors are decent. And if they're not, they're dealt with swiftly
-Decent, polite staff and maintenance
-Lake City PD is ALWAYS around because it's such a small district

Cons:
-Units are old; some creaking and squeaking
-Poor insulation, so sometimes gas or electric (heating and cooling) bills are high
-Some bugs
-Maintenance will eventually get around to your request, but not very timely
-We did have someone break into our apartment
