The rent is fair, but it's deceiving. The day I moved in I couldn't even find anyone from management to give me a key. The office staff is NEVER in the office.
As for repairs, I've been here for months and still have stuff on my original list that isn't fixed. I have water than drains from the upstairs bathroom through the exhaust fan in the downstairs bathroom...talk about dangerous.
Had a gas leak in my building and didn't have gas for a week. Nobody lives in my building anymore other than me. Everyone that moved out, moved because of management and the lack of respect it has for it's tenants. I can understand why this place is only about 30% occupied.
They half way fix anything that is broken. Yet, the certainly expect the tenants to give them NO problems whatsoever.
