Came by to check on getting an apartment on 2/6/2007 and the lady was a total b**** to me and my husband and told us that we were not the type of people that would live here. I mean she told us not to even waste our time coming back to fill out an application because we would not be approved. All this because I have no credit, and she didnt want my name on MY husbands lease. What a joke!!!!

This is absolutely the worst Apartment community in Newnan. Nancy is a first class
B!#@#. The owner Mike Tillman is a buckhead loser and has no balls. He is a backstabber and like Nancy they have about as much experience in this business as I do. I just moved out lived there awhile finally I gave in to the roaches and the rudeness of the Manager(If that is what you can call her). Please don't consider this property because you will hate her and the owner.
