That about says it! I was a good tenant. I pait on-time or prior to contract date. I reported all structural issues, infestations, etc. The office attendent wrote everything on sticky notes and then forgot where they were put. I never rec'd a knock on the door from a maintanance tech. I fixed all issues on my own. I killed all ants and roaches on my own, with my own supplies. I washed the walls for a week and soaked them with fabreeze to get rid of the previous renters smoke stained stink walls. I requested a walk though upon termination of lease and was given THREE thumbs up and was told I would receive a FULL refund. After a month of not receiving my deposit I called the Mgmt and was told the would write the check and send it the following Monday. My lease ended on 1/21/07. It's 4/23/07 and I have not rec'd my deposit. Rent if you want, but do not expect to get $$$ back. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

From what I understand...unless you have bad credit to begin with you dont pay a deposit at this complex...and the deposits that are collected are on a sliding scale according to exactly how bad your credit is. I have only heard of 2 apartments in the complex that have any infestations... and these apartments are on hold because of the nasty people that lived in a way to create their problem... 4 apartments are connected... only 1 of 4 is covered in roaches... tells me that the renter who lived there is a nasty buzzard and they didnt get their deposit back probably because of the cost it takes to uninfest after someone like the above lived in it. Exterminators are out regularly, maintenance is usually johnny on the spot on an emergeny priority basis, as the office will tell you when you call with a request. I love this neighborhood.. its quiet, and peaceful. The apartments are adoreable country cottage... and the prices cant be beat.
