I love my neighborhood.. I love the little old lady that runs the office... she is 88 yrs old, but she is right on the ball with whatever I need. She checks back to see if everything is going well after problems with my AC they had it fixed in 2 days, and she was making sure that my comfort was insured when she called to assess if my house had cooled prior to summer kicking in. I think the previous review had to of been by a disrespectful twit. I would expect to pay 3 times as much as we pay for the environment and family atmosphere that we enjoy at Brown Ridge anywhere else in the Atlanta area.
