Brownridge apartment are beautiful EXCEPT for maintenance. When you do get someone to come, nothing is done right. The outside of the buildings are in much need of new siding,etc. Supposedly that willl be done. It is just too bad that they are can't be fixed up. It is a good location, very quiet, parking is never a problem. I would love to be able to write a review but can't given the outside appearance of the buildings and maintenance.

The exterior of our property has been upgraded, as well as our maintenance department. We would like to thank you for your insight to make our propery a better place to call home. Management Staff
