the people that work here have no clue whats going on. they are very two faced and don't care about the residents. they have guidelines that only certain residents must follow. everyone else is allowed to do what they want and break the rules (this includes the employees that live here). the pool is never open except for special people. 3 year olds run around all day outside because their parents have locked them out of the house doing who knows what. maintenance is a joke too. they don't do what you ask them to do. if you need something fixed, good luck! they might fix it in 6 mos. or just tell you that you have to fix it on your own out of your pocket. the maintenance manager threatens people for no reason and lies about things that are on the lease. the construction of the buildings is horrible. im still waiting on my 2nd bathroom to be fixed after a year of telling them that it leaks downstairs. there is proof on my walls and ceilings downstairs. all they did was come and spray paint over the stains.

I do agree with you 100%. When I first moved into Columbia Woods, I thought I was living in a good community complex. Yes the staff lies and is two faced. I have seen People in the leasing office come and go. Ronnie was the maintenance man. He was lazy and flirted all the time with the women in the complex. He also ask to borrow money. The next maintenance man is Josh. He set rules to his own liking and he is lazy as hell also. Always at home with wife and kids doing the day when he should be working or he's off the complex taking care of his own business. Raymond the other maintenance man is very helpful, always working and will help you at all times. Back in the day I would recommend people to live here. But now NO, NOT AT ALL.
Also I forgot to mention that the townhouses are constructed wrong. I just found out that the water sprinkler systems in the apts should be hooked to a seperate line from outside. If your utilities were turned off and a fire broke out in your apt the water sprinklers will not come on. So your apt will burn baby burn. Some apts sprinkler sytems were not turned on until recently. This means that some apt did have working sprinkler systems at all. They were not turned on at all. Isn't that a shame.
