We have lived here for over a year now and the first half was WONDERFUL! Quiet, nice, clean everything you could ask for. But now things are a different story. We can never get an answer at the front office, regardless of what the issue is. Maintenance is non-existant! after speaking briefly with our maintenance man he even said he had no previous experience regarding maintenance other than he had previously owned his own home and obtained the job from a friend! So needless to say issues within our home are reflecting such. Things here do not get fixed the recieve a band aid only to become a larger issue further down the road. We are not the only residents the have this problem either! I have spoken with SEVERAL other tenants that are currently having the same issue. Many are not resigning their lease, and un-less things improve DRASTICALLY i wont either!
