I lived here for 4 years and cried when I moved. The Manager is one of a kind. She is always helpful, very friendly and cares about the community. Her husand worked there as maintenance and if we ever had a problem, it was taken care of immediately. He was also the Courtesy Officer and we saw him riding the property day or night. If there was ever a problem (which was VERY seldom), he took care of it immediately. There is not a clubhouse, so community activities were limited, with most things happening during the warmer summer/fall months.

These apartments are not high-priced because they are tax credit apartments. You have to do a lot of paperwork just to live there, but once you get past that EVERY year, its okay. I would recommend Foxworth Forest to anybody. They are children and animal friendly, and everybody gets along well. WE MISS YOU GUYS
