I've been year for a year and a half and I love it here!


1) Location, Location, Location - My son has a daycare essentially on site - VERY Convenient for drop-off and pick-up to and from work, I am right down the road from all sorts of yummy food and shopping and not too far from the interstate!

2) The apartment complex - Most residents here are very friendly. My neighbors are out a lot, but when they are in, they are quiet and I'd never know they are there. great office staff and they keep the place clean and the grounds are always kept up. Well lit at night and I heard there is a courtesy police officer within the community - that makes me feel extra secure! Any maintainence issues have been minimal and addressed quickly! Not sure why anyone would complain about bugs. I did see an anthill once and pointed it out to the staff who had the grounds crew address the issue the next day!

BS. BS. If the "staff" is going to write messages like this right after a few bad reviews from actual tenants, its quite obvious there is an issue in the complex. We've looked here, and without even renting an apartment its obvious the place is on a downward slide. When we visited, we didn't even go to the main office. The pile of old apartment trash behind the pool area, the kids that wont get out of the parking lots when you go to drive through. The trash in the yards, and the sidewalks that were pressure washed about 10 years ago.. Come on folks tear this place down.
